Is tantra all about sex? 

Tantra is an ancient spiritual path which has many many lineages, most of which don't feature sex.  Please visit 'what is tantra? to read more.

The Tantra that I share starts with establishing a relationship to the body and then exploring from there.  If we don't have a loving, respectful and nurturing relationship to our body, it is challenging to have a deeply fulfilling, and intimate relationship with life, let alone another person.

What happens during a tantra therapy session?

The first sessions will be online and then should it be appropriate to your needs, we can arrange a sacred bodywork session which is a deeply therapeutic and healing experience for mind, body and spirit.

Each Tantra therapy session is completely unique to you depending on what your needs are.  Please read the 'What is tantra therapy? for more information on what i offer.  The tantric space is one of unconditional love, presence and non-judgement so you will be welcomed with all that you bring.

Where are you based?

I am based in Central London and offer bodywork sessions from my practice near Marble Arch.

What do I wear to a sacred bodywork session?

Please wear what you feel most comfortable in.  As you feel more at ease, you can remove clothes as you wish.

What do you wear in a sacred bodywork session?

I am fully clothed.

I have had a bad Tantric experience before and I am hesitant to try again

Why is it necessary to have an online tantra therapy sessions with you before a sacred bodywork session?

This is for two reasons, firstly so that we can build a relationship of trust and respect between each other which is extremely important for the effectiveness of the bodywork session.  Secondly is to prepare you energetically for sacred session so you experience the most healing benefits.

What is a sacred yoni/lingam healing?

The yoni (sanskrit word for vagina) and the lingam (sanskrit word for penis) are extremely sacred parts of the body that should be treated with utmost reverence and respect. Unfortunately most of us were not taught this, in fact it was quite the opposite and in many cases we feel huge amounts of shame, fear and guilt.

Whenever you engage sexually with someone that you aren't feeling a full 'yes' towards, the genitals go into a state of distress because the bodies intelligence knows that what we are doing is not right for you (mind-blowing!).  This trauma can build up in the tissue and then later display as numbness or pain. These healing sessions are an excellent way to release trauma, increase sensitivity and decrease pain.

These are sacred healing experiences that I share with repeat clients after a minimum of one online sessions.

My boundaries are clear and firm.

How do you assure mine and your safety?

Mine and your integrity is of upmost importance therefore I have a thorough onboard process whereby each new client is required to fill in a client intake form and sign a participation agreement and liability waiver.  My email provider is protonmail which is a the worlds largest secure email service.

 

What is your cancellation policy?

All sales are final.  If you want to postpone, please do so no less than 24 hours before your session.
