S1. E5 Sacred sexuality, vulnerability and communication with Ben North

Ben @cosmicorgasmic kindly shared his story of how he go into the work of Sacred Sexuality and spoke about how he spent many years in the masculine/ consciousness aspect of spirituality until he found Tantra which then integrated the body and sexuality into his spiritual practice.

We spoke about sacred sexuality as a practice for deepening relationships and reaching higher states of consciousness. We explored vulnerability and how there can a lot of resistance prior to sharing parts of ourselves. Ben shared some really useful advice on how to hold space for someone’s vulnerability so that it can be shared and received in the most loving way.

We chatted about the masculine and the feminine and how these energies exist in everyone and how they can be supportive to our growth.
