I'm Amelia, your workshop facilitator and a woman who was once so terrified of intimacy that I would clamp myself -vacuum pack style- in bed next to my partner, silently repeating the words 'please don't touch me'.

 

The truth is that I was craving deeper, more authentic connection, but I had no idea how to approach it.

 

Fast forward five years and following a deep dive into all things sex and intimacy, I am delighted to have gathered a treasure trove of games and practices that work like magic.

This relaxed, playful yet potent workshop is for couples who want to dip their toe into exploring

This workshop is for all gender expressions and is LGBTQI+ inclusive.

FAQ

We feel a bit nervous about this, is that normal?

Yes, absolutely! Your nerves, resistance, fear, worry, excitement, apprehension are all welcome- in fact it is a good sign!  The workshop will be guided gently and everything I offer will be an invitation, not an obligation.

 

What do I need to prepare?

Please ensure you are somewhere comfortable where you can sit opposite each other and also lie down.

Please bring a pen and paper for one of the games

Will we be naked?

No, all of the practices will be with your clothes on.

​

Can we have our cameras off?

The majority of the workshop will be cameras off apart from the open and closing where I encourage you to have your camera on.

We really want to come but we can't attend the live workshop, will a replay be available?

Yes, absolutely.  This will be emailed to you after the workshop.
